Availabilty.

Various groups both locally based and sometimes not so local hire our premises.
Obviously, the actual usage/availability often changes; is not published but will be available when contact is made prior to any hiring.
However, the following are Horeb activities; these are part of what we do as a Church in this Community , and are published,  At these times some rooms are not available for hire.

Every Sunday Morning – the whole building
From 9.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. – for Morning Worship (10.30 – 11.30), its preparation, and after Service refreshments.
The first Monday of each month – The Henry Gordon Room
From 6.00 to 9.00 p.m. for Prayers and the Elders’ Meeting.
The second Tuesday in each month – Paterson Hall and the Kitchen
From 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. – for ‘The Community Lunch’ (from 12.30),  its preparation, and clearing up.
Every Wednesday – Paterson Hall and the Kitchen
From 9.30 to 1.00 p.m. – for Coffee Morning  (10.00 – 12.00), its preparation, and clearing up.

The Paterson Hall – £10.50/hour or part-hour.

 

Dimensions – 12.2m x 6.1m – kitchen facilities available.

Has been used for:

• Children’s Parties
• Arts / crafts classes
• Dancing classes
• Meetings of groups up to 40 / 50
• and many more activities.

 

The Sanctuary – rate on application.

 

Dimensions – 12.7m x 8.42m. Capacity up to 60 persons.

Has been used for :

• ‘The Village Quiz’
• Concerts.

 

 

 

The Henry Gordon Room – £10.50/hour or part-hour.

 

Dimensions – 5.9m x 3.0m. Kitchen facilities available.

Is used as:

• a meeting room comfortably seating 8
• additional chairs are available.
